Here at Fratantoni Design, we have broken down our architecture design process to help you better understand the steps it will take to design your dream home. We have had over 30 years of experience designing luxury homes all over the country. This streamlined process has helped us to design the luxury homes our clients deserve. Initial Meeting
With each client, we like to start with an initial meeting getting to know the client and their personality, design style, lifestyle, and vision goals. This step is to help the architect and client get familiar with each other and make sure they are on the same page and in agreement. Following this initial meeting, the client will decide to move forward with the project and get started on the design phase.
Travel
Now that the design phase is in action the architect will travel to the property to make sure they are familiar with the landscape. The Fratantoni Design team is unique in the way that we are available to travel to clients all over the country. People from all over have chosen us as their architects for their custom luxury homes because of our attention to detail and the quality of our work.
Final Design Phase
Once plans have been approved by you, we are ready to create the construction drawings that will be submitted to review. The construction drawings or blueprints will be submitted for review. Depending on the location of your home it will vary with how long it will take to receive the permits to build. These blueprints will be a detailed drawing that specifies the building process of your home.
Construction
Once the permits for the plans are approved you will move into the final phase which is construction. During this phase, we will continue to work closely with your builder to make sure they can execute your vision.
