STEP 1: INITIAL MEETING TO DISCUSS DESIGN & PROCESS
Meeting with you is the first and most important step to the architectural design process. This is because at our initial meeting, we will give you a questionnaire that is generated to understand you and your family’s needs, desires, and lifestyle. This questionnaire allows our architects and designers a clear understanding of what you love to better situate your home. For example, which rooms hold the most importance and the unique style that represents you. This enables our designers to learn what you love and vice versa. That way, the blueprints will be specifically designed for your needs and represent the dream home you have always envisioned.
STEP 2: TRAVELING TO YOUR LOCATION
Fratantoni Design has designed homes all over the country. As part of the Fratantoni Experience, we make ourselves available to our clients, no matter where the home is being built. This being said, we will travel to the location of your property for our first meeting to ensure that we understand the terrain, the dynamic views of the surrounding area, and your vision for your home.
STEP 3: FINAL PHASE OF ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
After you have approved every aspect of the plan, our firm will draw up the paperwork needed to submit the blueprints for review. While each location varies on how long it will take to pull the permit for the builder, our streamlined process and hands-on approach guarantees that it happens quickly for your ease and convenience.
