Starting at a young age, both Sam and Josie Fratantoni were introduced to building and designing by their families. Sam and Josie established the prestigious Fratantoni firm in 1987, starting with a small team and creating a distinguished full-service firm creating luxury custom homes across the nation. With over 30 years of experience, the Fratantoni family brings new and unique ideas to blossom your home to life.
Fratantoni is a full-service experience with our team of architects, builders, interior designers, and real estate agents. The Fratantoni Experience has transformed over the years, with the addition of Sam and Josie’s wonderful children Angelo, Vincent, and Jessica. With knowledge in a diverse range of categories, Angelo and Vincent respectfully are the principals behind Fratantoni Luxury Estates, ready to build your luxury home. Along with Fratantoni Luxury Estates, Angelo and Vincent, as well as Josie Fratantoni, operate the Fratantoni Group, here to help you with all your real estate needs. Jessica, alongside Josie, are the principals of Fratantoni Interior Designers. With Jessica and Josie’s exceptional expertise in design, construction, and architecture, they are the dream team!
