The Royal Chateau was a complete interior and exterior remodel by all Fratantoni Companies. Our luxury home architects at Fratantoni Design created plans for the renovation to bring new architectural elements to the home. Located in Paradise Valley, Arizona, the custom estate includes the highest level of finishes. With a captivating view of Camelback Mountain, the estate is in a prime location to enjoy the striking Arizona sunsets.
The breathtaking estate boasts 7 bedrooms, 13 bathrooms, a state-of-the-art theater, and a game room. The primary residence with 10,000 sq. ft of interior living space, features a fully renovated primary suite. Including a custom chandelier, custom tile, his and her closets, and a one-of-a-kind fireplace design.
Before the renovation, the estate interior had warmer tones and minimal detailing throughout the home. Our team worked diligently to add elements to brighten the home with neutral tones, implementing archways, and detailed ceiling designs, to name a few.
Guests can choose between one of the two guest houses located on the estate, with access to desirable outdoor living spaces. Must-see Arizona sunsets can be enjoyed either by the luxury pool, bbq or from the tennis courts.
