The first step at Fratantoni Design is getting to know our client and ensuring that our team knows exactly the specifications and requirements of the future home! How many bedrooms? Bathrooms? Theater? Outdoor living space? The list goes on! Each client at Fratantoni Design fills out a client questionnaire that helps our team create a beautiful space for you and your family.
Some important information to remember when designing plans:
- Lot position, where do you want your driveway, backyard, front of the house, sunlight in the afternoon, etc.
- CC&R’s- Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions!
- Zoning and Utilities

Once the client questionnaire is filled out, our design team starts to create different layout options, starting first with the important rooms you assign, and the style of the home you desire. Floor plans are made first, then exterior elevations.
At Fratantoni Design, all decisions are approved by our client before moving on to the next step of the design process. After exterior elevations, the next steps are to move on to the ceiling and roof, incorporating the electrical system, and landscape features. All steps are carefully considered to ensure the luxury and style of home you desire.
