Here are the steps Fratantoni Design takes to ensure all clients are beyond happy with their homes!

The first step at Fratantoni Design is getting to know our client and ensuring that our team knows exactly the specifications and requirements of the future home! How many bedrooms? Bathrooms? Theater? Outdoor living space? The list goes on! Each client at Fratantoni Design fills out a client questionnaire that helps our team create a beautiful space for you and your family.

 

Some important information to remember when designing plans:

  1. Lot position, where do you want your driveway, backyard, front of the house, sunlight in the afternoon, etc.
  2. CC&R’s- Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions!
  3. Zoning and Utilities
  4. Home functionality
  5. So much more an architect will know!

During the process of getting to know clients, Fratantoni Design will start to design your future home with consideration of home functionality and aesthetic requirements you have. Attention to detail in this process is extremely important for an architectural design team because the layout will reflect your dream home. Once the client questionnaire is filled out, our design team starts to create different layout options, starting first with the important rooms you assign, and the style of the home you desire. Floor plans are made first, then exterior elevations.

At Fratantoni Design, all decisions are approved by our client before moving on to the next step of the design process. After exterior elevations, the next steps are to move on to the ceiling and roof, incorporating the electrical system, and landscape features. All steps are carefully considered to ensure the luxury and style of home you desire.

At every step of the architectural design process, our team provides hands-on service. From the final paperwork submission for blueprints, Fratantoni is there to make the process easy for you! Even after approval, Fratantoni Design will be part of the process to ensure details are followed and your dream home turns out beyond your expectations.
